At ACC we are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our workforce and the people who live and work close to our projects. We foster a Health and Safety culture across our sites and believe that it is the responsibility of everyone from Senior Management to our site Workers to try to eliminate accidents from our workplaces.

 

At Retaj, safety culture is disseminated to employees through conducting continuous safety tool box meetings and effective safety audits. Our HSE practices include:

• training for all employees and subcontractors to make sure they can carry out their work safely
• all staff are proactive in continually monitoring and reporting any new hazards so that accidents can be avoided
• Senior Management frequently visit project sites to speak to workers about HSE and Welfare requirements, ensuring that resources are available to implement the Health and Safety policy fully
